Pharmacy Schema Generator

How to use

What it checks and how it works

Google has no page specific to pharmacies. Pharmacy is a schema.org type under LocalBusiness (and under MedicalOrganization), and Google documents LocalBusiness and recommends the most specific subtype, so the tool applies Google's local business page, opened on 29 Oct 2026: name and address are required, and telephone, url, geo, openingHoursSpecification and priceRange are recommended. A pharmacy open all day is written as 00:00 to 23:59 on every day, the form Google's page gives for a business open 24 hours. The tool does not mark up medicines, prescriptions, licences or pharmacist details, and it does not check that the hours are true. Medical claims on the page itself are outside what structured data can verify.

Does Google have a rich result for pharmacies?

Google documents LocalBusiness and tells you to use its most specific subtype. Pharmacy is such a subtype in schema.org, so the local business properties apply.

How do I mark a pharmacy that is open 24 hours?

Tick Open 24 hours. The tool writes opens 00:00 and closes 23:59 for all seven days, as Google's local business page describes.

Can I add my medicine catalogue?

Not here. The tool covers the pharmacy as a place of business; product pages are marked up separately with the Product and Offer generator.
