Agreement Overview
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
Zaher.AI provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for measuring, analyzing, and improving brand visibility within generative AI engines. Our platform serves brands and agencies operating in Arabic and global markets.
User Responsibilities
- Account security — you are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account, and must notify support@zaher.ai of any unauthorized use.
- Acceptable use — no reverse engineering of our AI models or methodologies, no scraping or systematic downloading beyond your plan's export limits.
- Content guidelines — you retain responsibility for the brand names, URLs, and keywords you submit and represent that you have the right to submit them.
Billing and Payments
- Subscriptions are prepaid and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
Intellectual Property
- Zaher.AI and its licensors own all intellectual property in the platform — software, algorithms, models, scoring methodologies, interface, and documentation.
- You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to deliver the services you subscribe to.
- Reports, scores, and analyses generated from your data are yours to use for internal business purposes, client reporting, and commercial decisions.
- AI-generated content produced by the platform is provided under a royalty-free license for commercial use; you are responsible for ensuring anything you publish complies with applicable law.
AI Output Acknowledgements and Limitations
Zaher.AI analyzes AI engine responses through sampled queries. In no event shall Zaher.AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law, Disputes and Changes
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, contact legal@zaher.ai; we commit to attempting to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of written notice. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
