Policy Overview
At Zaher.AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you're not happy with your subscription, we offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below. We believe in transparency and fairness in all our dealings.
Refund Eligibility
- Full refund within 14 days — you are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not extensively used the service features.
- Pro-rated refunds — for annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day period, we may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion, based on the unused portion of your subscription term.
- Non-refundable — monthly subscriptions after the billing cycle has begun; subscriptions cancelled after 14 days of purchase (monthly plans); accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations; promotional or discounted subscriptions unless otherwise stated; add-on services or one-time purchases.
Refund Process
- Email billing@zaher.ai with your refund request, your account email and subscription details, and a brief reason. Our team reviews requests within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method; bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days. You receive email confirmation once processed.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing, or contact support.
- Your subscription stays active, with full access, until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, and you can reactivate at any time.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Special Circumstances
- Service disruptions — significant downtime that prevents you from using key features may be compensated with credits or partial refunds proportional to the disruption.
- Billing errors — duplicate charges or wrong amounts are refunded in full within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Exceptional cases — situations not covered by this policy are reviewed individually.
